oxygen bottle removed and recharged up to 1450 psi. Bottle filled back and leakage test carried out
found ok.
04/05/12-(262)-S-NRC: during DI found 03 (overhead) tube lamp u/s.
Lamp replaced, power on checked given, found OK now.
21/05/12-(262)-S-NRC- During daily inspection found Tail position light found u/s.
Tail lamp replaced power ON check given found satisfactory.
19/07/12-(262)-S-NRC- During daily inspection found landing approach light left side does not
illuminated.
ON check found approach light seal beam is u/s. Replaced the said item and operational check
given found satisfactory. IAW 33-40-00.
22/07/12-(262)-S-NRC- During carried out daily inspection found LH side door one bonding torn
out .
Bonding replace with new one. Checked for security found satisfactory.
11/08/12-(262)-S-NRC- UBD-523 flight after start up of no 2 Eng captain told that Aux battery
Battery Hot warning LT comes ON.
Due to not available of battery in store. Same battery removed from S
2
-AES. Checked for security
and power ON check given found OK. Jobjone AMM 24-32-00.
15/08/12-(262)-S-NRC- Captain report main battery not come in and stays.
Main battery replaced but no help. Main battery replaced from S
2
-AER. As battery not available in
stock. Replaced IAW 24-32-00. Operation found satisfactory.
17/08/12-(262)-S-NRC- As per captain report main battery hot came in and stays.
ON check found battery body too hot. Suspect battery capacity weak. Replaced main battery from
store. IAW 24-32-00 and operational check found OK.
17/09/12-(262)-S-NRC- During DI found DC ground power receptical door cover found broken.
Same item replaced as per main manual. ITEM taken from S
2
-AER aircraft.
23/11/12 (S/NRC/262) During DI found sidewall light Qty-04 U/S and 07 reading light U/S.
ON check found lamp flurocent tube U/S,Replaced reading light lamp replaced found Ok.
28.11.12(S/NRC/262) During daily inspection found crew oxygen bottle pressure below 1200 PSI.
Oxygen bottle removed and oxygen charged up to 1500 PSI.IAW MM chapter 35-10-00.Bottle fitted
back and checked and leakage found satisfactory.
