Technology Integration Specialist. Lead, develop, teach, and evaluate district and building-based professional development for

Improvement Team, Rising Star, Curriculum Council, K12 TIS, and Closing the Gaps (2010 to present).

Professional Development
Blended Learning (1:1) Pilot Professional Development Committee: Design and facilitate professional learning experiences
to transition teachers to a blended learning environment. Determine timelines and resources needed to support pilot
teachers. Align work with the content and instructional methods team and projects managers.

eLo Consortium Technology and Professional Development Committee: Determined requirements for a learning
management system. Co-designed and facilitated the Canvas portion of the online training. Assisted in the selection on the
pedagogical professional development for the online teachers.

Pilots
Digital Learning Initiative: Directing the pilot of three different ecosystems with 15 teachers and 435 students covering all
disciplines and academic levels during the 2014-2015 school year. Instructional lead for developing and teaching Google
ecosystem professional learning. Gathering and analyzing data on indicators of success using 15 different tools.

Digital Content Pilot: Developed an unique 9-12 deployment strategy for six different English 1-3 classes. Provided just-in-
time instructional and curricular coaching on various apps and strategies targeting close reading. Encouraged teacher
leadership by asking teachers to present their work at 203Con. Created the data and feedback tool for fall checkpoint.

BYOD Pilot: Collaborated with building leadership in selection of teachers. Provided just-in-time support in the selection
and implementation of ecosystem-agnostic applications. Co-wrote and facilitated students, parents, and teachers
evaluation tool.

Applications
PTC Wizard: Partnered with district and building administration to create the NNHS online conference schedule. Developed
and executed a way to identify parents who students are failing so they could be personally invited to register for
conferences through dean secretaries. Provided ongoing support to parents and teachers.

Canvas: Organized stakeholder groups for the purpose of creating evaluation tool. Worked with the instructional
coordinators to identify pilot teachers. Provided curricular and instructional technology support to pilot teachers and
students. Participated in the final selection process. Met weekly with implementation team for first year rollout.
Collaborated with NCHS counterpart to create and facilitate a sequence of professional development courses to prepare
teachers for a blended learning environment. Supported students through direct instruction in teachers classrooms.

Student Email: Worked with the student government sponsors on student email pilot. Introduced student email system to
student body. Support its implementation through direct instruction in the classroom as well as just-in-time support for
students. Created a student presents up tool that was leveraged across other buildings for implementation.

Student Response System: Collaborated with district and building administration to pilot the use of clickers on high-stakes
testing. Created and facilitated professional development for proctors and provided ongoing support throughout testing
experience. Designed professional development sequence for teachers to implement clickers in the classroom. Continue to
provide just-in-time support for teachers.

Infinite Campus: Collaborated with district and building administration to determine what information should be
communicated to both students and parents. Worked with instructional coordinators to select and train teachers to be
initial support within departments. Partnered with instructional teams to create traditional and standards-based reporting
gradebooks. Created school-wide training program at our Back to School Institute Day. Provide ongoing support to
teachers, students, parents, and staff on attendance, grades, and posting.

QUEEN OF PEACE HIGH SCHOOL, Burbank, IL
St. Catherine of Siena Scholar Coordinator. Oversaw three-year student-developed research projects. Organized faculty review
team of project proposals and portfolios. Matched mentors for candidates. Hosted annual research defense (2002-2005).

Science Curriculum Team Member. Working with 6-12 Science teachers to create pathways for students to master the Next
Generation Science Standards where content, the principles of engineering, and cross-cutting concepts drive curriculum and
instruction (January 2014 to present).

Literacy Curriculum Team Member. Worked with K12 teachers to map the K12 English curriculum to the Common Core. Served
as a resource sub-committee member investigating the necessary tools needed for implementing the big shifts. Designed
content management system for curriculum maps, resources, and district assessments using Canvas (January 2012 to present).

K12 Biology, Dynamic Earth Sciences, and A.P Environmental Science District Curriculum Team Member. Worked with high
school science teachers to develop, analyze and revise common district assessments (2005-2010).

Curriculum Writer. Wrote, edited, and evaluated science curriculum for both the formal and informal environment focused on
