He Was A Gold Medalist From A Prestigious B School.
He Created Efficient Management Information System And
Was Awarded For That.
But After 3 Months He Became Irritable And
Unpopular To Colleagues.
Because He Is Only Child Has Turn Out To Be Spastic.
He Was Over Looked For A Promotion And Was Further
Attach To A Major Sex Scandal. Due To This His Self
Confidence Has Rudely Shaken.

Spastic.
Group Behavior - Dinesh Became Irritable,
Unpopular With Colleagues And Subordinates And
A Problem For The Boss
Structural Behavior- Dinesh Was Overlooked For A
Promotion And An Outsider Was Given Preference
Over Him.
OB Also Studies Different Models Of An Individual
According To His/her Behavior
According To Study Of Models Of Man In Ob Dinesh
Falls Under The Complex Model, Impulsive Model.
Dinesh Confidence Had Gone To Pieces As Soon As
He Finds Out His Only Son Is A Spastic Child, This
Behavior Shows He Falls Under Impulsive Model.
As The Behavior Of Dinesh Falls Under Complex
Model He Couldnt Concentrate On Work After
Hearing About His Son And He Was Overlooked For
A Promotion.
