This is where I come to find peace. This is where the tide races,
where Oystercatchers take flight and silvered breakers frame restless
wind shifting sand. This is where the flood tide forms a teardrop
island and this is where my mind finds rest in the wildness of
place.This is where my friend the kestrel quarters the back dunes,
where the marram is blown white and the Down stands tall, a
watchman to passing time. I love this place.
