The purpose of our study is to answer the following problem, that is
The Coffee shop near to University will be profitable or not!
Identify the Objectives
The core objective of this study is to examine that either to start a business of Coffee shop
near to university of ngineering and technology would be profitable business or not!
Sub Objectives
To examine the overall profitability ratio of Coffee shop business!
To examine what being a customer expectations we have from a coffee shop!
To examine the effect of good taste, "uality # customer service on customer
satisfaction
To examine the effect of different price range on customer satisfaction
To examine the effect of good advertising # promotions on customer reach
Research Hypothesis
H$ The coffee shop near to university will be a profitable %usiness!
Ho$ The Coffee &hop near to university will not be a profitable business!
Research !ethodology
'or this research we have considered the (ositivistic research approach which allows us
to do our research in broader concepts ! )e will identify the effect and its positive or
negative relationship with our variables!
Population and Sampling
*n this research the population we considered is all the students of UT! Those who are
studying and living here! 'or our data collection we have used convenient sampling
techni"ue and snow ball sampling techni"ue in surrounding of university! The actual
sample si+e was ,-. respondents! /ajority of the respondents were the students of UT
University 0ahore!
