I am working with the Sean past 1 year onwards in various aspects, TAB approval

process, Problem records tracking updates, review status calls and giving his ex
treme help to improve the quality with team . Also helped in various cases to im
prove the quality of the work towards the template preparations as well as shari
ng with team.
Sean is good to lead the team always, he never miss any information while discus
sing the issue or information regarding the topics. He always clear while he exp
lained to others and he is managing the meetings as well as the sharing knowledg
e also excellent
I don't have any specific things to comment on this. Sean always maintained exce
