Chocolate program
The school is sponsoring a chocolate fundraising program.
Students can get chocolate boxes from the school, which
are valued at $90. The students need to sell all of them in
order to participate. They do not pay for the boxes and
cannot return what they didnt sell. If your child is
interested, please get a form from the teacher.
Scrapbook
Every weekend, students are supposed to do a scrapbook
on current events. They will be given a popular event
taking place in the week, and they have to answer the 5
Ws (who, what, when , where and why ) questions by
Monday.
If a child is absent on Sunday, it should be understood that
they are to do a journal for the Monday on any article
they find interesting
Hygiene
With Cold and Flu season approaching us rapidly, it is
extremely important to be hygienic. Please send your child
with their nails cut, hand sanitizer and some wipes. Since
we are in the portable, it is difficult to send all students to
the washroom so the sanitizer will be helpful.
Homework and Agenda
Please be advised that homework in an essential part of
school. It is the childs responsibility to complete it. It is
highly recommended that parents check and sign the
students agenda for homework and important messages.
Tracksuits
The school has ordered the tracksuits, but the sources
have been depleted. Please bear with us as we supply your
child with the uniform. They will definitely be receiving
them as soon as possible.
October Events
Picture Day
The picture day for this year is scheduled for Oct. 10.
Please ensure that the students are coming in proper
uniform and are also present on that day.
Thanksgiving Day
There will be no school on Monday Oct. 13

Halloween
The school does not permit costumes and Halloween
related paraphernalia. As Halloween falls on Friday,
please be advised that CANDY IS NOT PERMITTED IN
SCHOOL before or after.
