Participant Code of Conduct

1) I understand that if I break any of the rules listed in this Code of Conduct I can be dismissed from the program
without a refund. In such case, the parent or guardian is responsible for immediate transportation from the activity.

2) I agree to be polite and respectful at all times. This includes all interactions with fellow racers, coaches, staff, and
with resort personnel.

3) I understand that profanity is not allowed at any time.

4) I understand that smoking, consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages, and consumption or possession
of drugs of any kind (with the exception of prescription drugs which are disclosed in advance to program staff) are not
allowed at any time. With respect to legal alcohol consumption by racers of legal age, alcohol consumption is
prohibited while attending any program function.

5) I agree not to possess or view during program activities, any form of material including games, movies, photos,
internet content, etc. which would not pass as G or PG rated content. Older racers understand that younger racers
will be at all program functions, and that the test for appropriateness of activities and conversation will be whether
something is appropriate for the youngest racer present. The rule applies to inappropriate suggestive language,
whether it is profane or not.

6) I agree to treat all property and facilities with respect.

7) I understand that I am responsible for my own property and equipment.

8) I will be punctual for scheduled activities, and will ask for advanced approval from a staff member before straying
from the program schedule for any reason, or participating in any non-scheduled activity.

9) I agree to stay with my group and on the designated lift(s) and slopes while skiing unless specific permission is
obtained from a staff member to do otherwise.

10) I agree to follow all additional rules and restrictions that may be made from time to time by program staff specific to
the resort, and facilities.

As consideration for acceptance into the BOYNE Racing program, each minor participant and his or her parent or
legal guardian must agree to the Code above and sign below to acknowledge that agreement.
