1. Describe and list the tasks you did last week. Provide details.
Last week, I distributed fliers to advertise and I made a spread sheet. I organized the data for the spread sheet
which contained all the clients information. The fliers distributed were produced to obtain more business for the
company.

2. How many employees does the company have? List Departments and No. of employees per department.
__________The company has 10 employees. There really arent departments at this company-some people focus on
website management and other people focus on client interactions, outreach, and advertising.

3. How is compensation determined? Provide details by department.
I have not found out how compensation is determined. I will do that this week!

4. What fringe benefits does the company offer? Ex. Health benefits, Vacation time, Sick days, Retirement
contribution, etc.

5. Describe the company atmosphere. Do the employees enjoy working there? What are their
likes and dislikes?
_______The atmosphere is very relaxed. The workers seem to enjoy their jobs. People dont seem to dislike
anything, or if they do, they havent mentioned it around me.

6. What interesting or challenging experience did you have with your fellow workers or site supervisor?
Describe.
_____________My workers like to joke with each other and make a light-hearted atmosphere. I think the
experience of watching the comradery among workers is interesting. It seems like they have become friends.
