Quran Memorization Challenge 2014/2015

Dear parents, Assalamu alaykum

In order to encourage our students to memorize the Book of Allah SWT and
preserve what they have memorized before, the Calgary Islamic School Omar bin
Al- Khattab campus organizes a Quran Memorization Challenge every school
year. The forms to sign in for this challenge will be sent home in December.
There will be only one round for testing this year from January, 12-16 2015.
Following is a list of the surahs and the rules of Tajweed per grade for the school
year 2014/2015:

The advanced students have to enter the challenge with one or two Juzu.
Those who did enter the challenge last year with one Juzu need to add new
suras to it. Minimum 3 new suras from the next Juzu.
