ORGANIZING THE BARANGAY PHYSICAL FITNESS AND SPORTS DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL
(BPFSDC) AND DEFINING ITS FUNCTIONS.


WHEREAS, as mandated by Executive Order No. 457 of the Office of the President of the
Philippines, Malacaang, Manila, dated November 13, 1997, re: Amending
Executive Orders No. 63 and 64 s. of 1993, there is hereby formed a Barangay
Physical Fitness and Sports Development Council of this barangay;

NOW THEREFORE, I, VAN OLIVER M. DICANG, Punong Barangay of Lower Quirino Hill,
Baguio City, by the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare that this
Administrative Order shall read as follows:

SECTION 1. There is hereby created a Barangay Physical Fitness and Sports
Development Council (BPFSDC), which shall be composed of the following:

a) Chairperson: VAN OLIVER M. DICANG, Punong Barangay
b) Vice Chairman: ANSELMA T. MAYAO, Brgy Kagawad, Committee
on Sports and Youth Development
c) Members:

NATY N. PUMIHIC, Barangay Kagawad
ARMANDO S. QUEVEDO, Barangay Kagawad
PETER O. WASING, Barangay Kagawad
LEONORA B. AVECILLA, Barangay Kagawad
ROSA M. CRISTAL, Barangay Kagawad
EDUARDO HERNANDO, Barangay Tanod
EDUARDO PIRA, Barangay Tanod
MANOLO PINEDA, Barangay Tanod
VICENTE GARBO, Barangay Tanod
MARIVIC L. ORARA, Barangay Tanod
MARIANO ALACYANG, Lupon Member
RANDY DALOPE, Physical Fitness Instructor


SECTION 2. BPFSDC Functions & Obligations The functions and obligations of the
BPFSDC shall be as follows:

1. Formulate programs for the formulation of an effective Physical Fitness
Program of the Barangay.

SECTION 3. All executive issuances and order inconsistent herewith are hereby
deemed amended and modified accordingly.

SECTION 4. This order shall take effect immediately upon approval.
