ORGANIZING THE BARANGAY BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE.


WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 9184 requires the creation of Barangay Bids and Awards
Committee;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Bids and Awards Committee is hereby created to look into the
procurement of Infrastructure Projects, goods and consulting services. The
committee will see to it that the Bids are properly done in accordance to RA 9184
for funds coming from the barangay;

NOW THEREFORE, I, VAN OLIVER M. DICANG, Punong Barangay of Lower Quirino Hill,
Baguio City, by the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare that this
Administrative Order shall read as follows:

SECTION 1. There is hereby created a Barangay Bids and Awards Committee,
which shall be composed of the following:

a) Chairperson: KAG. NATY N. PUMIHIC
b) Vice Chairman: KAG. ROSA M. CRISTAL
c) Secretary: KAG. LORENZA L. DUCUSIN
d) Members:
PETER O. WASING, Barangay Kagawad
ARMANDO S. QUEVEDO, Barangay Kagawad
LEONORA B. AVECILLA, Barangay Kagawad

SECTION 2. All executive issuances and order inconsistent herewith are hereby
deemed amended and modified accordingly.

SECTION 3. This order shall take effect immediately upon approval.
