SETTING OF OFFICE HOURS FOR DUTY OFFICERS OF THE DAY


WHEREAS, it has been the declared policy that frontline government agencies and local
government units operate from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM as office hours;

WHEREAS, it has been the declared policy that frontline government agencies and local
government units operate from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM as office hours;

NOW THEREFORE, I, VAN OLIVER M. DICANG, Punong Barangay of Lower Quirino Hill,
Baguio City, by the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare that this
Administrative Order shall read as follows:

SECTION 1. Every Barangay Official who shall serve as Officers of the Day shall serve
their duty on the following period:

a) Morning Duty Hours - 8:00 AM-12:00 NOON
b) Afternoon Duty Hours - 1:00 PM-5:00 PM

SECTION 2. All executive issuances and order inconsistent herewith are hereby
deemed amended and modified accordingly.

SECTION 3. This order shall take effect immediately upon approval.
