A relaxing pose that will release tension
and stress in just II minutes. Sit in Easy Pose. Your right elbow
is bent and resting on the right knee. lean your right cheekbone
on the palm o your right hand with the ingers loosely co!ering
the right hal o your orehead. "lose your eyes and just relax.
#his pose will put pressure on your li!er. so just relax and let the
body adjust to it. I you want to really relax. play the Guru Ram
Das Lullaby as you do this meditation. II Minutes.

Sit in Easy Pose.
Left hand mudra:
the Saturn $middle% inger crosses o!er the back
o the jupiter $index% inger. #he other two ingers are closed and
locked down with the thumb. #he back o the let hand rests on
the let knee.
Right hand mudra:
the jupiter $index% inger extends straight up
and the other ingers closed and locked down with the thumb.
&ight elbow is bent and the right hand is about chin le!e' "lose
your eyes( relax. and )uickly mo!e the jupiter inger around in a
circle. *nly the jupiter inger mo!es.
"oncentrate on mo!ing the jupiter inger.
