0 The mine management and the manufacturer shall prepare a scheme of training covering all
aspects of operations involved in SMS blasting method. The persons engaged in the SMS operation
shall be trained as per the scheme at regular interval.
15.0 No such blasting shall be done within loo m of any known or anticipated geological
disturbances and in that case the pattern shall be reviewed afresh after scientific study as
recommended by CMPDIL and fixed by the manager accordingly.
16.0 This permission is valid for a period of 01(one) year from the date of issue of this letter.
17.0 In the event of any change in the circumstances connected with this perniission which is
likely to endanger the life of persons employed n the mine or the mine, the mining operations for
which this permission has been granted shall be stopped forthwith and intimation sent to this
directorate thereof. The said mining operations shall not be resumed without obtaining fresh written
permission from this Directorate.
18.0 This permission is being issued under Regulations 161(1) & 168(5) of the Coal Mines
Regulations, 1957 only and without prejudice to any other provisions of law, which may be or may
become applicable at any time.
19.0 This permission shall be deemed to have been revoked with immediate effect if at any time
any one of the conditions, subject to which this permission is granted, s not complied with or
violated.
20.0 This permission may be amended or withdrawn at any time, if considered necessary in the
interest of safety and issued without prejudice to any other provisions of law, which niy be or may
become applicable at any time.
