Series of 2014

SETTING THE MUTUAL AID FUND PROGRAM FOR BARANGAY SENIOR
CITIZENS ASSOCIATION OF LOWER QUIRINO HILL BARANGAY.

WHEREAS, the Senior Citizens Association of Lower Quirino Hill on its General Assembly conducted on January
11, 2014 agreed to set and start a Mutual Aid Fund Program for the association;

WHEREAS, all of the members of the association present in the said General Assembly voted in favor and agreed
on conditions and rules to be followed in the Mutual Aid Fund program;

WHEREAS, the following were agreed upon as rules to be followed in the implementation of the Mutual Aid Fund
Program, to wit:

1. Each member shall pay a share in the Mutual Aid Fund in the amount of Four Hundred Pesos (Php
400.00) to be replenished once already consumed.
2. Payment shall be made yearly and once consumed, the member is responsible to replenish.
3. In case a member dies and was able to pay his/her contribution, His/her contribution shall be
returned to his/her family member/s and heirs.
4. Any member who does not pay shall not be entitled to receive any amount from the mutual aid
fund.
5. The amount to be received by the member shall be equivalent to the payment he/she made. For
example: a member only paid Php 200.00, he/she shall only be entitled 50% of the amount he
should be receiving.
6. Acknowledgement receipts shall be issued by the treasurer of the association for payments made
by every member which shall also be recorded in the book of records of the secretary.
7. Records shall be regularly be updated by the President, Secretary and Treasurer.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion duly presented and seconded by all, be it;


RESOLVED, as it is hereby Resolved, to set a Mutual Aid Fund Program of Lower Quirino Hill Barangay Senior
Citizens Association.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Office of the Punong Barangay and
Sangguniang barangay of Lower Quirino Hill for their information and appropriate action and to the
Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs for their information.
