It is my honor and great privilege to introduce to you our guest of honor and

speaker for this years CICS DAY celebration with a theme: RIDING THE WAVE WITH ICT.
He is a graduate of University of Pangasinan in Dagupan city and became an English
professor in the same institution. At the age of 17, he was the youngest radio announcer
of RGMA CAMPUS RADIO. Through his hard work, he was recognized and awarded as
RADIO ANNOUNCER of the year from KAPISANAN NG MGA BROADKASTERS NG
PILIPINAS. A year after he was acknowledge as the youngest PRODUCTION DIRECTOR of
RGMA CAMPUS RADIO. He was widely known on air for his name MC HARRY. He also
became the radio announcer of ABS CBNs MOR Dagupan and in Baguio and widely
known for his name LUIS MANSANAS. As years passed by, he became a news reporter
for TV Patrol. Currently, he is the HR Manager and Head trainer for S.P Madrid and
Associates Law FirmPangasinan Branch located at Palaris St., San Carlos City.
