    REMINDERS!

    Mark Your Calendars!


    Tuesday, October 28th
    First Grade Musical- 8:15-8:45 during Assembly
    Parents please sit in the back rows of the theater.
    Wednesday, October 29th-
    Book Fair Browsing from 1:05-1:35
    Please feel free to join us during this time. If you choose to buy books for your child we ask
    that you do it after we have returned to class.
    Thanks you!
    Friday, October 31st:
    Halloween Party/Parade
    We will be getting into our costumes starting at 1:30 for the party to begin at 2:00. The parade
    will follow at 2:30.
    Parents please feel free to arrive early to help us get ready. In the past we have put boys in one
    classroom to get dressed and girls in another classroom. The more help the better :)
    Thank you to those families who have volunteered to help with our party. You kindness and
    generosity is greatly appreciated!
    November 13th (evening) and 14th:
    Lower School Conferences (No School for LS students on the 14th)
    *NEW!!! Friday, Nov. 21st :
    North Market Field Trip
    We will leave school at 9:00 and arrive back at school by 11:00 for recess/lunch. Students will have
    a chance to explore the North Market, noticing foods from all around the world. Please send your
    child to school in DRESS CODE on this day and do not send money. This is a browsing only trip :-)
    Please contact Fran Meyers if you are interested in joining us.
    Let her know if you will be meeting us there or riding the bus.
    We can have up to 4 parents on the bus with us.
