2. Procedimiento

a) Lavar y secar los tomates
b) Picarlos
c) Saltear en una olla: aceite (2 cucharadas, 3 dientes de ajo, cebolla)
d) Agregar los tomates picados a la olla
e) Agregar sal, laurel, especias y concentrar
f) Envasar en caliente
g) Almacenar
