Millions of people die in a 100 days. The country is in ruins. What could we do to help?
Well, for starters, we could help them as a country. We could give them refuge and money. We
could help them rebuild. We could also prevent it from happening again by watching closely that
there is no tension between the groups.

First, we can build shelters. This could help by giving them new homes when they were
burned down. They need this because they are emotionally in ruins too. New homes could fix
that emptiness. We could also give them a grant or something to help with their poverty and
their ack of good schooling.

Second, we could deploy peacekeeping troops there. They could keep watch without
intervening. Only if there is turmoil again will we intervene. We could also out our leaders in
power to not make bad descisions.

In conclusion, Rwanda would be a better genocide-free place for a while if we out these
guide lines in place
