About Me
I am enthusiastic, resourceful, and trainable. I am a soon-to-be graduate from Arkansas State University in
Strategic Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. I have interned in several unique places
gathering experience, knowledge and most importantly an appetite to work in an agency. I have worked in
ASUs Student Affairs, Science Communications, freelance blogging and with upcoming businesses as they
change from profit to nonprofit. From all this, I learned that I can do anything I put my mind to. If you were
to hire me, I promise you will not be disappointed. I am the woman you want to take a chance on. I am the PR
graduate that will work to the bone to make your firm the best it can be. So, take a look below.

This was the best job a student could have while pursuing their degree. Freelancing was more of a hobby than
a job. I have wrote countless blogs for the Flower Shop Network and her sister sites. It was the perfect way to
showcase my creativity through writing, while creating a web presence with my published work.
I was offered a full time position while I was finishing my degree. I am currently in charge of Communications
and Development for the Global Initiatives Program for Arkansas State University. I have designed several
marketing pieces for leadership camps and recruitment, while working closely with international agents from
all over the world. I have gained international and administrative experience from this position.
As an English and Public Relations major, I wanted to step out of my box. I served as the Science
Communications Intern for the Arkansas Plant Powered Production Center. I was in charge of hosting their
annual P3 Symposium, writing press releases and managing their social media coverage. I helped coordinate
Arkansas First Science Festival where my design pieces were seen throughout Arkansas and Memphis, TN.
