Idea for "Clean Ganga"

How can it be ensured that not only does the arrival of tourists increase but also the Ganga
remains clean?

If you observe the technology used in water treatment plant , you will observer 3 things
1. ALUM (Phitkri)
2. Water Pump (Pumping house) : for vibration and cleaning
3. Stepped water pond So that solid waste will settled down and later on by rotating blade
remove the solid waste .
Now in case of Cleaning Ganga:
1. Artificial water fall will create pumping effect to remove the impurity towards ends also make
place of attraction to increase tourism

3.. Benchmark Jabalpur Madhya pradesh . they have created small pond for murti viserjan and it
is not getting mixed with mail water point , time to time cleaning of these small pond help us to
maintain religious opinion and cleaning the reuse of solid contain as khad and material for re
creation of murties.

How can the proposed waterways and similar initiatives complement the various efforts to
clean the Ganga and at the same time enhance tourism? Should such an initiative be
replicated for other rivers as well?

Really very good initiative

1.Water transportation increase- Goods and public.
2. Really helping India in agriculture field due to water availability.
3. cruse and boating will attract hotel ,restaurant industries will get lots of benefit and tourism
will increase
4. lot of people get jobs, means jobs opportunity will increase.
I really like this idea of one great guy
separate "canal" out of the river
Build electric
Cremation ghats,
all facilities for ablutions,
rituals,for immersion of ashes.
huge power generators;
bath and toilet;disposal of garbage,unburnt remains;
counters for collecting ashes against electronic receipts;facilities for electronic booking and
payment;
This canal water filtered, purified will join GANGA back
