SYMPTOMS
On : 12.1.1 version, Work Execution
When attempting to release the WO the status of the WO is still in Release-Pending
Expect to see the WO is released normally after the Workflow is approved without any
errors..
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query the WO which is in release Pending
CAUSE
There was some issue with the work flow and many work orders were found in releasepending after approval

SOLUTION
To implement the solution follow the action below
1. Few work orders are failed due to child work order dates are beyond the parent work
order dates. Child work order dates are corrected and retried the work flow in the work
flow administrator
2. Remaining work orders for which item keys exist in eam_wo_workflows, retried using
work flow administrator
Search for the erred work flows in
a. Oracle Work Flow Administrator -> Status Monitor -> Search with status 'Errored'
and internal name 'EAMWOREL'.
b. Click on 'Activity History'.
c. Click on the failed activity and press the 'Retry' button.
d. Check if the work orders were cleared.
If the issue is not solved by the above action plan, please log an SR in order to obtain
the data fix.
