shipping of supplies to the
clinic as well as inbound
sample delivery to the lab.

in the start up forms.
! Shipping labels will be sent to
the clinic address within 24
hours

Client Portal
! A client

portal will be
developed within 24 hours of
receiving account sign up
forms. This is used to order
testing and receiving results
providing the quickest
turnaround time possible.

Orientation & Training


Contact is made with the clinic
within 24 hours of receiving new
account forms to schedule
appropriate date and time for staff
orientation and collection training.
! A start up specialist will travel to
new client and spend one to three
days with staff and collectors to
ensure complete understanding
and comfort with all protocols from
test ordering to receiving results
! Confirmation of supply delivery is
made prior to travel arrangements.

Follow Up
An Acadian Diagnostics
representative will contact the
client after initial specimens have
been received at the lab,
processed and reported.
This provides the opportunity to
evaluate the process from
beginning to end and make any
adjustments if needed on the front
end to establish the best possible
experience for the client, staff and
most importantly, the patient.
