All estimates are given based on price level of European costs. It can be reduced by using local
steel structure fabricated in Vietnam and erection costs of local Vietnamese companies. We do not
have these local costs at the moment.

Enclosed is a PPT brochure of our FAM CSU already in operation at Rotterdam. The above
estimate is with a discharge directly to one quay conveyor only. The additional discharge option by
stacker boom as shown in this reference CSU is not included.
