Method for Honey Soy Chicken

Method for Lebanese Rice

1. Cut the chicke into small pieces


2. In a large bowl add the measured amount of soy sauce, Honey, a squeeze of
Lemon and a sprinkle of crushed garlic clove
3. Add the chicken into the bowl and let it marinade in the fridge overnight
4. After letting the chicken marinade put about 3 or 4 pieces of chicken onto each
skewer
5. Spray non-stick spray on a pan and let it heat up on the stove\
6. Once the pan heats up put the skwers on the pan on medium-high heat and
rotate the skweres to ensure it is evenlycooked
7. Serve and enjoy

Ingredients
1 tablespoon of butter
35g vermicelli noodles
1 cup rice
1 teaspoon salt

Put a pot on the stove on high heat


Once the pot is heated add butter and let it melt, reduce to a medium heat
Add in the vermicelli to the pot and let it brown
Whilst the vermicelli browns rinse the starch off the rice and let it strain,
then add it into the pot
Add 2 teaspoons of salt and mix the ingredients together
Add 2 cups of water into the pot and bring it to a boil
Once boiled reduce to a simmer and put the lid on and leave it for 15
minutes
After 15 minutes prepare to serve the rice with the chicken

2 cups water
125mL Soy Sauce
80mL Honey
1 Lemon
1 Garlic Clove
500g Chicken
