CAREER OBJECTIVE:
To gain employment as a teacher of Italian and/or Spanish language, literature, and composition at
high/middle school or college and to bring excitement to the students as they learn the Italian and/or
Spanish languages and instill a desire to the make the new language part of their life.

Created lesson plans, quizzes, and exams. Developed activities for student participation. Primary
instructor for two Italian 101 level courses. Responded appropriately to student e-mails about course
information. Held office hours for extra instruction for students who required more instructional
practice. Attended Italian club meetings enforcing cultural lessons from class for students who wanted
to learn more. Attended conversation hours in which students were able to come and practice their
Italian in a conversational context.
