JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES:
Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
Review and analyze business unit to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
Human resources training needs and conduct 1:1 or group training sessions
Manage and continuously improve all aspects of the daily processes and the strategic objectives
therein.
Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
Provide support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and
procedures
Provide compensation advice and support in matters of salary planning, approval of pay budgets.
Handle Promotions and job re-leveling and revision of pay structures
JOB SPECIFICATION
EDUCATION:
MBA HR from a Premier Business School
Skill and certification in the operation and utilization software such as Microsoft Word for
Windows , Excel.
Experience in the study of development and administration of HR compensation plans
Vast experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory.
EXPERIENCE:
Having 5 10 years of post MBA experience working in a Managerial HR / Senior
Managerial HR grade or as a HR Business Partner.
