Re: Publishing Agreement

Dear Dick and Ronnie:

Please be advised that the proposed "new" publishing contract you have provided,
does not address nor resolve the continuing dispute between AOP and YHP, or between
AOP and Herman Rosenblat.
While amenable to a redistribution of profits from the book, including a reduced
percentage to YHP to compensate Mr. Rosenblat, none of AOP's concerns are addressed
in the proposed new contract.
YHP remains in material breach of the publishing contract entered into by YHP
and AOP. Moreover, we maintain that YHP and Rosenblat have conspired against AOP,
to deprive AOP of profits and other advantages of the pre-existing relationship between
AOP and Rosenblat and the subsequent business relationship between YHP and
AOP. Rosenblat has also defaulted on his obligations to AOP.
As you have been informed multiple times, AOP requires that Harris be able to
review and revise any manuscript before publication, and that Harris Salomon get co-
author credit. In addition, YHP must provide additional percentage of its profits to
provide Mr. Rosenblat with the royalty he is demanding. Without these "cures," Mr.
Salomon and AOP will not approve of any publication, as provided in the existing,
executed and valid publishing contract between AOP and YHP.
