Good Morning Seniors :) What would you do with an

extra 10 years? The nurse at the blood drive in Faunce
onWednesdayreadbacktomemydateofbirth...butwith
91 instead of 81. It was a misprint and we shared a
laugh. Then silence and you kind of got the feeling we
were both meanderingdownthatroadofwhatifs.Tobe
gifted 10 years, to go back and haveasecondchanceat
experiences...atdecisions.

Actually,Isuppose10yearsmightnotbesuperbeneficial
for you seniors to go back to age 10 or 11? Would that
have the potential of similar life changing impact as for
me returning for a second chance at 23? I dont know. Butwhat if we just goback4weeks?
Imagine you check your phone and it reads October 26. Just for a moment, let yourself
breatheinthepossibilites...notregretsbutrather,thepossibilities.Areyoubreathing?

Can you sense the pending opportunities for growth (in the past 4weeks), to
see Gods kingdom advance in your daily decisions? Are you tapping into the
truth that the fruit God wants to bear in your life right now, and not just upon
graduation, willlastforeternity?Areyouseeingthegreater, Godgivenworthin
the friendships around you, those closest to you...to delvedeeper(lettingthem
be jalapeno business)? Are you growing more aware of how your strengths
could be invested to encourage the impressionable life of an underclassman?

Have you settled down into a faith inspiring answer for why you want to be
employed someday? Is your confidence building that your meaningful 90k+
hours of work in the marketplace post graduation will spiritually compliment
(instead of detract from) the trajectory of your walk with Jesus? Is it less
burdensome to trust the directionthat the Good Shepherdisleadingyou?Like
Rahab, are you wide awake to faith, free from the shackles of self
preservation?(devo3&4)

Ferris Bueller said, Life moves prettyfast. If you dont stop and look aroundonceinawhile,
you could miss it (from Ferris Buellers Day Off great 80sflick).Devotionals are all about
reflection and its critical that we dont become critical and get down on ourselves formissed
opportunities. So keepyourglasshalffullwithHolySpiritstirredpotentialasyoureflect.Now
10 years really is too big to grasp, but 4 weeks...with 4 weeks togointhisoursecondtolast
semester of our undergraduate life, we can breathe in that potential.Lets remind ourselves.
Lets remind each other. Realize the lessons learned from the past 4 weeks can inform and

determine how we go forward in the next 4 weeks. And by the end, we will have just
punctuatedoursecondtothelastundergraduatefinalsexperience.WOW:)
