ORDER
Acting on the Petition for Consignment filed before this Court and finding the
same to be meritorious and in order, the said petition is hereby GRANTED.
Wherefore, the Clerk of Court of Regional Trial Court, San Juan City is hereby
ordered to receive the amount of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos
(P1,500,000.00) in cash from the petitioner Shonget Napoles as her payment for the
Option Contract she entered with respondent Don Revilla. The court notes and gives
merit with the contention of the petitioner that the payment to be consigned instead shall
be in cash considering that the check she issued last 31 December 2014 shall become stale
on 31 June 2014.

SO ORDERED.
