I am reviewing past modals of speculation could have, may have, might have, must have
Main Objectives:

SWBAT: will be able to use 2-3 past modals(could have, must have, may have, might have) for speculating about unresolved
past situations in mingle activity
Assumptions:

already do in relation to todays lesson?)
I assume students already know the modals (may, could, might, must) and have already encountered the past modals of speculation
so it will be easier to remember and internalize.
I think what will be new for my students is the focus on the structure a challenge may be remembering to use Have
I will use color coded papers to help them understand the structure and we will practice it in class
Assessment:
