Experience
ASSOCIATE ENGINEER/QA TECH, HARMAN MUSIC GROUP; SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 2012-PRESENT

This position requires demonstrating for corporate executives, providing feedback to

engineering, developing scope and features with marketing, all while maintaining a bug
archive and implementing test plans. Originally hired as a 10hr a week temp worker, I was
promoted to full time work in evaluating various audio processors and systems. In 2014, I
and the rest of my coworkers earned a Technical Grammy Award for our work with the
Lexicon family of products. Some of the other projects Ive done while working with
Harman include filming marketing videos, developing and configuring systems used to
control airports and other urban hubs, and evaluating the hardware and software systems
that would be used in the Super Bowl. This is in addition to critiquing numerous guitar
effects and DAW plugins used in the professional audio sector.
ELECTRONIC REPAIR TECHNICIAN, HOUSE OF GUITARS; SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH 2012-2014

Performed electronic amplifier and effect pedal repairs as an independent contractor at

HOG for nearly two years, working closely with Michael Christiansen of Athena Electric. In
this position, I was asked to diagnose and r/r vacuum tube amplifier circuits, various guitar
effects units, and analog studio equipment for various musicians in the Rocky Mountain
West.
ACCESSORIES SALES, GUITAR CENTER; TAYLORSVILLE, UTAH 2012-2013

During my time with GC, I maintained business relationships with various musicians and
pro audio figures, oftentimes selling them guitar effects systems to help them achieve a
desired tone or sound. This was in addition to maintaining a demo floor of about 1000
different products, cashiering, and general customer service.
