Post Assessment: Students completed a math coloring worksheet. The chart below shows if the missed
any problems or got them all correct.

A) Whole Group
a. The students performance for the pre assessment varied all student, but one answered
the second question correctly. There was 100% accuracy when asked what does (+)
mean? The answers for questions varied, as well 90% of the students missed the
question what does (=) mean? For the during assessment the performance varied. Over
all students correctly answered more questions then they answered incorrectly. The
class ratio for incorrect to correct answered was 3:9. This gave the class an 80%
accuracy. The post assessment was coloring sheets and all students answered the
questions correctly and colored the correct spots with the correct color.
B) Individual Students
a. The high student was successful throughout the entire lesson. In the pre assessment the
student was able to answer all questions correctly. In the during assessment the

students missed 5 out of all the problems given. For the post assessment the student
correctly answered all the math problems giving her a 100% passing rate.
b. The middle student was successful with this lesson. For the pre assessment the middle
student gave the correct answer to all the questions. For the during assessment the
middle students group missed 4 out of 7 math problems. For the post assessment the
middles student was able to answer all questions with 100% accuracy.
c. The low students performance for this lesson varied. The student missed 2 out of 3
questions in the pre assessment giving him a 25% accuracy. For the during assessment
the low students group answered 8 out of 11 questions correctly. For the during
assessment the student was able to correctly answer all questions and color the correct
spots with the correct color. This gave the student 100% passing rate for the post
assessment, letting me know that they understood the concept of addition.
