Character Reference for Charity Medrano

Throughout the last three years working with Charity, I have been
consistently impressed by her commitment to creating positive and lasting change
for the children in our classroom. Charity and I have worked in the same classroom
for the past three years. When I started, I had never taught in a Prek classroom.
From day 1, Charity took the initiative to show me the ropes, while also modeling
incredible professionalism and developmentally appropriate and innovative
teaching practices. Charity brings love, hope, and energy to the El Hogar
Community. She truly embodies the mission of the organizations and models to all
that El Hogar is her home away from home.
Charity is a quick learner and is determined to inspire our children. I am
honored to work with Charity. Through Charity, I have learned how to be an
effective classroom teacher and employee. I am confident that the impact she will
have on the children we serve and their futures will only multiply in the time to
come. I can depend on Charity and respect her as a co-worker and as a friend.
