Spirit Squad
What Is The ASU Spirit Squad?
The ASU Spirit Squad is a group of highly spirited athletes,
performances throughout the year starting in August and
appearances, all Sun Devil Football games, and rotating

who represent the University. The Spirit Squads does many

Team Member Requirements

As part of the Sprit Squad your first requirement should always be to represent the school in the best way possible. Failure to do so can
result from termination from the team at any time by the coachs discretion. Some of these requirements include

Maintaining a minimum 3.0 GPA

Maintaining a healthy physique
Maintaining all skills preformed at tryouts and Learning new skills
Preforming at a minimum of 10 appearances per semester
Attending all team workouts and practices
Preform at all home football games and multiple basketball games

Sponsors/ Scholarships
ASU Sprit Squad is sponsored by two different companies as well as receives sponsors from alumni, family, and community members
throughout the year. The Sprit Squad also sells posters thought the season to help fundraise for the team.
Scholarships are only awarded to veteran team members only and are on an individual basis.
