BICG focuses on the infrastructure, the information and communication technologies applied to the
environment. They look at the physical environment, architecture and the use of space, the way an
office should be built and laid out.
The business world has changed rapidly the last few decades. They help you with the new needs and
requirements of the world of work. One of the advantages in cost-saving but more important: having
more efficient and effective processes, teams and working practices. Resulting in more motivated
people.
People at the bottom of companies are quite happy with the new changes. Also the top of the
companies or senior management are happy with these changes, they are namely the sponsors of
these new changes. However, middle management tend to be very resistant to change. Youll have to
explain the benefits for them as well.

minimum to achieve their daily targets. It seems to be a self-perpetuating cycle of low
morale. Because the figures are down, the supervisors are applying more pressure so people
feel less valued.
2. We can give our employees bonuses if they reach more than their daily minimum. Time to
time speak with the employees. More variation in their work. Involvement in the company.
3. The supervisors will get extra trainings, how to motivate our employees. Also we will work
with a Hr-manager who will implement a HR-strategy.
