There will be direct communication
station
between the instructor and students at
the beginning of the station lesson, then
interactive teaching through the rest of
the station. Instructor will make sure
that the students are doing every aspect
of the station properly and will correct
the student if he or she is not doing a
certain aspect of the station correctly.
1. Once student get to the Health One
station, the instructor will explain what
the station entails, what to expect, and
what the instructor wants the students
to get out of the station.
2. The instructor will first explain that
the station will be focusing on
cardiovascular endurance, which helps
keeps ones hear strong, burns calories,
and can improve ones health.
3. The cardiovascular station will have
three different parts to it. There will be
jump rope, jumping jacks, and a small
running pyramid.
4. Students will be teamed up in groups
of three with one person, running, one
person doing jump rope, and one doing
jumping jacks.
5. One student will start by running to
the cone closest to them, touch the area
where the cone is at then run back to the
original line. The student will then
repeat this to the second, then come back
to the original line and then finally go to
the third cone and come back.
6. The student doing jumping jacks will
be doing jumping jack continuously until
the person running is done.
7. The person jumping rope can jump
rope whichever way he or she would like
but cannot stop jumping rope until the
person running has completed his or her

why they performed cardiovascular
activities and why it benefitted them.
11. The instructor will then ask if the
students felt like they had their heart
rate up during the whole station and tell
them they did a good job.
12. After this, the students can move on
to the next station.
