Report of Usability Test and Test Questions

Purpose
To report our research on the service of Fort Worth Community Arts Center.

Introduction
To have a clear view of how Fort Worth Community Arts Center is to people and how
we need to improve the service to make it better, we made this research. By asking
people few questions which are related to Fort Worth Community Arts Center, we will be
able to determine. This is a good chance to connect people to Fort Worth Community
Arts Center as well as introducing this community to society.

Methods and Materials

We made 5 questions that are related to Fort Worth Community Arts Center. These
questions are multiple questions and one filling blank question which is other opinion
people want to share about the service. Next, we made 5 copies and print them out.
Then, we took research by giving it to anyone who joined Fort Worth Community Arts
Center or not. After that, we asked them to choose the right answers. Then, we collected
them and analyzed the results.

Results
1. We asked the first one and she got all answers right. She is Jessica Simpson. She
joined Fort Worth Community Arts Center few months ago. She wrote down the blank
that she liked the community.
2. We asked the second one and she got 2 answers right and 3 answers wrong. She is
Hien Tran. She never knew Fort Worth Community Arts Center. By reading the
brochure, she gained some useful information of the community. She wrote down the
blank that she would join the community someday.
3. We asked the third one and he got 4 answers right. He is Eric Montana. He heard
about Fort Worth Community Arts Center from his friends. He did not write down his
own opinion.

4. We asked the fourth one and she got all answers right. She is Huong Nguyen. She
joined Fort Worth Community Arts Center last year. She wrote down the blank that
the community was great and awesome.
5. We asked the last one and he got all answers wrong. He is John David. He had no
interest in Fort Worth Community Arts Center. He did not write down the blank.

Discussion
There were some minor problems about Fort Worth Community Arts Center:
People were charged money for parking vehicles in loading area
People was asked to pay more money for parking time than the time their
vehicle actually parked
People was still hard to contact to the community
These problem are solved:
The community puts the sign of You may not leave your vehicle in any
loading area at the place that all people could recognize
The community uses better machine that would count the time the
vehicle parked correctly
We are able to find the information of Fort Worth Community Arts
Center on Internet, newspaper, and poster.

Conclusion:
The percent of right answers is 1.8 times the percent of wrong answers. It is a
really positive sign for Fort Worth Community Arts Center. This community has
been improving:
Listen to peoples opinions
Upgrade the facility of the community
Provide more activities of the community
By that, in future, the percent of right answers would be increasing. Then, the
popularity of Fort Worth Community Arts Center would be also greater.
