To be able understand the reading in the book while you reflect on yourself.
Identitfy when I need work on a certain area.

To understand why the code of ethics is important and what it does for the facility.

Be able to put in play of what I am reflecting on
To create lesson plans to better my teaching
To create a plan to succeed in my future goals as a class.

Correct any codes that are not being displayed
To guide children in the scenarios that the code display.
To engage the parents in the scenarios as well as the children, to create learning through these scenarios.

They have grown by understanding what I need to grow on.

To display an understanding why it is important to create self goals throughout the year

I will be able to understand the code of ethnics better, since I did not understand them in the first
place.

**Beliefs: How has completing the above assignments and your student teaching influenced your beliefs
about ethical standards and professional behaviors within the early childhood profession?

This has helped me understand the code of ethnics better and why they are important.
It has made me belief that not only is the student important when it comes to evaluating but my self
as well.

**Future Growth & Next Steps: Think about your future teaching, list three goals to help you improve
upon your existing knowledge and skills and your teaching.

Get more involved with self evaluations

Not to be so hard on myself when goals are not met
To understand the code of ethnics more.
Identify how you will achieve each of these three goals. Be specific. For instance, will you
enroll in a course? If so, what course? Will you read a book? What book?

I will achieve these goals by studying the code of ethnics better.

I will also take note on what could of worked better in my teaching
I will create more lesson based on the code of ethnics to become more familiar with
them.
