2013. It is accompanied by a series of other bills that was introduced in legislation to address the
people who are victims of the human trafficking trade. In 2013, the Michigan legislator
formulated and passed six addition laws in conjunction to this bill, to address this crime. Human

BILL ANALYSIS
Impressions/Conclusions
I choose this policy/bill because it was among a few policies/bills that went the whole
distant by being passed by both the House and the Senate. There were so many policy/bills that
were introduced but never went any further then just being introduced. Many of these
policies/bills still remain on the docket to this day. Many of the police/ bills introduced have to
go through many revisions before the legislator of either party will even consider it. This is why
this bill was so unique to me, because of how quickly it was passed by the legislators of both
sides and signed into a law. The research in doing this assignment has definitely made me aware
of how a bill becomes a law!
