Subject: XII Convocation Cover Page Design Competition

Dear faculty and staff, research scholars and students,

This is for the information of all that we are looking for volunteers who can design the Cover
Page (2 sides: front and back) of the Convocation Souvenir (2015). This is an open competition
for all, including students and research scholars of NITR. The following are the guidelines, terms
and conditions:
The Designer has to be an employee of NITR.
The Designer has to send an acceptance note to the email id listed here stating that he / she is
willing to design the Cover Page (include your details).
He / she has to give a statement that the cover page is his / her original creation and the
format is not reproduced from any other cover page.
The cover page has to look sober and professional.
The following texts / characters have to be there on the pages
