Risk, The risk of nursing diagnoses describe

circumstances.
Possible, The risk of nursing diagnoses

Components Nursing Diagnosis

Problem (problem), The purpose of writing is


to explain the problem statement or the
health status of the client's health problems
clearly and possible.
The etiology (cause), is a clinical and
personal factors that can change the status
or influence the development of the
problem's Health.
Sign / symptoms (signs / symptoms),
Identification of subjective data and objective
as a sign of trouble nursing

issues of love, sexuality, group affiliation,
human relationships.
The need for self-esteem, including the
respect of family problems, feelings of selfrespect
The need for self-actualization issues,
including satisfaction with the environment.
