Biography.

We are Crossroad, a rock band, from Olofstrm in southern Sweden. We have performed with this
line up for four years, doing around 50 gigs in different cities.
We started out as a coverband and played classic rock songs such as Rock and roll all night,
Were not gonna take it, Youth gone wild and Kickstart my heart. As we developed we started to
make our own music and created our own sound - The Crossroad sound. Basically our music
can be described as the Hard rock/Rock of the 80s, but with our own modern touch. We have
been influenced by bands such as Mtley crue, Skidrow and Poison. In the last couple of years
our music has become rougher and harder but the basic influences are still there.
We have had the honor to play with bands such as The Quireboys (England), Bonafide, The
Scams, Electric Boyz and Close Quarters.
In 2012 we recorded our first album called Cry baby. We have been acknowledged in a couple of
music competitions and we have received some prestigious awards. For example a small tour with
four gigs and complete back up. We also won a gig at the Live Green Festival.
Autumn 2014 we went back into the studio to record two new songs. The songs are recorded at
Pama studios in Torss. One of the songs, Bloody Business, was also filmed for our very first
music video. For the video we had the privilege to work with Thomas Tjder from Acromacy
Media. Thomas has a great experience doing videos for bands such as: In Flames, Hammerfall,
Pretty Maids among others.

all the way.
