IMPORTANT RULES:
1). Milk alone only and should definitely not be consumed with
meat.
2). Melons must be eaten alone.
3). Sugar to be avoided as much as possible.
4). Allow at least 1 hour between non compatible food groups.
5). Alcohol Beer contains far too much sugar, avoid if possible.
6). Alcohol wine if you must have the odd glass of wine choose
dry wines and ciders.
REGULI IMPORTANTE:
1). Laptele se bea doar separat si in nici un caz nu se va consuma
alaturi de carne.
2). Pepenele nu se combina cu altceva.
3). Zaharul se va evita pe cat de mult posibil.
4). Lasati sa treaca minim 1 ora intre grupe de mancare incompatibile.
5). Alcool bere contine prea mult zahar, evitati daca este posibil.
6). Alcool vin daca trebuie sa alegeti, atunci alegeti vinuri seci si
cidru.
