1. ALL money is due by April 1st so that we can make final arrangements.________ 2. Vendors will not be able to enter into the door prize drawing. This drawing is designated to get our customers excited about our event. Vendors are of course allowed to enter into other vendors drawings.________ 3. Once payment for booth space has been made, it becomes non-refundable. ________ 4. Set-Up time will start at 8 a.m. and your booth must be all ready to go by 9:30 a.m. otherwise your table will be taken down with no refund. ________ 5. The Exhibitor shall not assign or sublet said space or any part thereof, without the signed consent of event organizers. THIS INCLUDES Displaying Flyers, Brochures, Signage or Business Cards of a different business other than that shown on the contract. _________ 6. Should Exhibitors display and/or materials fail to arrive, his or her exhibit space fee is nonrefundable. _______ 7. Exhibitor will not be permitted to participate in scheduled event without payment in full prior to the beginning of the event. Event Organizer cannot guarantee there will be available space, if advance payment has not been made. ________ 8. Event organizer reserves the right to select event layout and booth locations. Event organizer reserves the right to reassign an Exhibitors booth location if deemed necessary. ________ 9. Exhibitors desiring insurance on their exhibits must place at their own expense. Event organize will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits against fire, robbery, accident, or any other destructive cause, or for any injury that may arise to the public leased area or to the Exhibitors or their employees while on the event grounds. _________ 10. Event organizer shall have the right to use Exhibitors name, photographs from the event and/or logos for promotional purposes of the event. _________ 11. Exhibitors may also have a drawing in their booth. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting information at their own booth & the distribution of their own door prizes (on a different day) separately from the Mothers Day Away. ________ 12. There will be no changes to your assigned place at the time of event. We plan and put vendors according to needs. ________ 13. Your spot is non transferable. If you cant make it we have a waiting list. Also if you dont show for the event without 48 hour notice you wont be invited to participate to future events.________ 14. Just because you participated in prior events doesnt mean you are guaranteed a spot, it is first come first serve from the time we receive contract with payment. ________ 15. If you dont specify on the contract that you need electricity you wont be able to request it at a later time. There is limited spots with electricity. _________ 16. Only one company per table _________ 17. Special requests will be considered but not necessarily filled. _________ 18. You need to bring your own extension cords. ________
BOOTH SPACE GUIDELINES
1. Exhibit Height should not in any way block light & visibility for other vendors; if there is a possibility of that happening, it must be approved by event coordinator prior to set-up. 2. All aisles must be kept clear within boundaries set up by event coordinators
