Due to failure on the part of the accountable officials and employees of the City
Government of Malaybalay to settle their unliquidated cash advances, and pursuant to
Sec. 89, P. D. 1445, I am authorizing the City Accountants Office, this City, to deduct
their outstanding accounts for the period January-September, 2006 and backwards from
their extra-bonus this December 2006.
