It will raise medical taxes

People are afraid doctors will quit and they will loose important
doctors

Didn't pass because of no cap on the amount they can be

awarded in a law-suit.

Two separate issues - doctor drug testing and data base

checks dont relate to lifting medical malpractice lawsuits.
