B and S are the names of the two squirrels (Big and Small) in my soon to be animated short.

The goal of this project was create a comedy duo, a pair that bounced off each other, and test this duo by
storyboarding and creating a successful animatic.
Straight away I thought of this as a pilot to a long series of animated shorts featuring the pair.

Pre Production.

These were my main influence going into the design process, I knew B and S were meant to b in contrast to
each other but in what way; and how could I achieve this? watching old episodes of ren and Stimpy, showed
me how to balance the dynamic, with ren as hot headed as he is hes miserable without stimpy, so this became
the glue for my concept, I began to think of B and S as brothers, they dont always get along but they need
each other, theyre better together.
