    area into her property and also there may be code
    violations; there may be an illegal dwelling in the garage.

    to owner who advised tenants moved out and left the
    apartment full. He is in the process of getting a
    dumpster. Set follow up for 14 days

    did not fix now have black mold and apartment smells,
    storing buckets of deisel and possible K-1. Concerned
    about overall conditions of the building. Had argument
